We have a well-stocked bar offering Peroni, Asahi, Estrella Damm, Black Sheep, Guinness and Dark Fruits on draught, over 50 whiskies, over 20 gins, over 10 vodkas and all the spirits you need as well as FeverTree mixers and lots of soft drinks including J2O. We also have 10 delicious house wines and over 50 different red and white wines for you to choose from in our wine cellar.

Our chefs are excellent as you can see from our Facebook and TripAdvisor reviews. For the wedding meal we offer 16 starters, 16 mains and 16 desserts and you will choose two from each course. In addition, we will also cook for your vegetarian, celiac, vegan guests and for guests with allergies. Our menus always feature delicious local produce.

We pride ourselves on being able to help you organise all the special touches for your day. If you would like our help, we can support you in organising flowers, DJ, band, legal documents for your wedding, Registrar, Celebrant or Priest, photographer, videographer, fireworks and really whatever you

Your wedding quote will include these key elements:

· Your Honeymoon Suite on the night of your wedding

· Your own Cottage at Springkell on the night before your wedding

· Your own personal Wedding Coordinator

· Five canapés per guest

· The Wedding Ceremony Room all beautifully laid out for you

· The Ballroom for your Wedding Breakfast, again all beautifully laid out for you

· The three-course Wedding Breakfast, followed by tea, coffee and chocolates

· Your drinks package: a glass of Prosecco after your Ceremony, a glass of Prosecco for the Toasts and half a bottle of wine per guest during the Wedding Meal

· You can upgrade this to the drinks you want; for instance Champagne, Buck’s Fizz, Pimm’s or even your favourite cocktail or mocktail.

· The evening buffet: late-night food to fuel your dancing – things like pizza and chips, bacon rolls or pulled pork rolls and chips. This is included and you can also upgrade to a hog roast, barbecue or tapas at an extra £10 per head.

· Full Scottish Breakfast the morning after your wedding.

Also included in your wedding price are the following:

· Table centres – we have a choice of six different table centres

· Table mirrors

· Chiavari chairs in cream or blue

· Chair covers – white or cream

· Chair sashes – any colour silk or any colour organza

· Cake knife & stand – we have round or square

· Table plan stand

· Disco set up including CD player and USB, Amplifier, good sized speakers and loud, 2 x 1 metre flashing disco lights and two rotating disco light balls

· Flowers – we have quite a lot of flowers in the house – these can be used if you would like or you can of course bring in your own flowers and decorations

· Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware
